Shipping & returns

Orders are shipped to our clinic and can be picked up normally within 2 - 4 business days.

We are pleased to announce that we now offer shipping direct to home via purolator. Please be advised that we do not ship to PO boxes and gravel roads.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.  In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, you should promptly contact us at 204-254-3150 with details of the products and defect/damage.

If there is a discrepancy in size, please contact a staff member to discuss the possibility of exchange of the product (no credit, and not all products fall into this exchange category) for the same product in a different size. e.g collars, leashes, clothing etc. Exchanges must be handled within 5 business days of your order being delivered to the clinic without any additional charges.  After 5 business days, all exchanges will incur a 25% restocking fee.

ALL food products are 100% Guaranteed by our partner food companies and CAN only be returned for the following reasons:

  • Palatability - Pet does not eat or like the taste of the food
  • Quality - If there is a problem with quality of the product.
  • Safety - If a bag is opened or product is defective.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCHANGE. IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE, THE ITEM WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED. 

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A FOOD PRODUCT, PLEASE CALL THE CLINIC AT 204-254-3150 TO PROCESS. DO NOT RETURN VIA WEBSTORE.
